Hello, My name is Savannah Webb and I am extremely excited to be teaching 3rd Grade English Language Arts and Math this school year. I can't wait to work with my students and help them be the best learner that they can be. I believe we will have the best school year ever and look forward to meeting my students and their parents. About the Teacher

Education and Experience:

I am a life-long DeSoto County resident and graduated from Hernando High School in 2014. I attended Northwest Mississippi Community College and graduated with my Associates Degree in Elementary Education in 2021. I completed my Bachelors Degree at The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi in May 2023.   

Additionally, I worked as a Teacher's Assistant at Hernando Hills Elementary School during the 2021-2022 school year and then at Hope Sullivan Elementary in Southaven during the 2022-2023 school year. 

Certifications: My degree is in Elementary Education with the following certifications: Elementary Education K-6, Reading K-12, and Social Studies 7-12 Grades. 


Personal Information: I love working with children and have had a calling to work in mission work throughout the world. I have been in the mission field with My Life Speaks in Neply, Haiti, worked with the underprivileged community of Arlington, Texas with Mission Arlington, and have recently worked with the DeSoto Dream Center during their summer kids' program.
