Stephen Burdette

Education and Experience:

I graduated in 1972 from the State University of New York with a bachelor's in education. Thereafter, I began teaching in the fall of 1972 in New York state. In 1976, I moved to Alexandria, Louisiana where I taught from 1976 to 2019. In the fall of 2019, I moved to Southaven where I began teaching at HLIS.

I am married to Connie Burdette. We have three children: Chad who lives in Southaven, Sydney who lives in Warner-Robbins, Georgia, and Alicia who lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I also have eight grandchildren.
