I support the needs of students with exceptional learning needs in the general education classroom. I provide itinerant, tutorial, and/or behavioral support to student with Individual Education Plans. I have been teaching in the DeSoto County School District for 15 years. I am a graduate of Delta State University located in Cleveland, MS. I have received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Masters Degree in Special Education, Elementary Education, and a Specialist Degree in Special Education. I also have National Board Certification in Exceptional Students Education. 

Hello Parents, I will be using the Schoology platform for ELA and Math Distance Learning lessons. This platform will allow me to assign individualized instruction based on your child’s IEP goals. I can also continually monitor your child’s progress towards meeting those goals.

Contact me During this time we are unable to meet in person, we will have "virtual school hours" to answer emails, messages, and/or questions Monday-Friday from 7:30 to 3:30. If a message is received after 3:30 or over the weekend, it will likely be the next business day before I am able to respond.
